How to be a good communicator?

-My sister is a very good communicator,but you know what,when I observe the way she communicates with others,most of the time,she says little,but listens much.

-Oh,she must be very charming.I don't you how to keep others talking to you when you have little to say.

-There's a skill.Put your guard down,listen to others with your heart.And when you do that,they will see sincerity in your eyes,then you will win their trust.

-But if the other side is a silent person or an introversion,how can I make the communication as fluent as possible.

-You cannot force a dialogue.Any talk is based on both sides' wills.Just fit in the circumstance,relieve yourself,and then others will feel comfortable too.There may be one word or two coming and going naturally between you and others.

-Thank you.You're an excellent teacher.After talking to you,I feel as if communication is a very simple thing.
