不定式和不定式短语用法上有区别吗?不定式（to+动词原形,之后不带任何成分）可以做宾语?

不定式或者不定式短语除了不能单独做谓语外,其它成分都可以做.
如：
To study English is very important=It is important to study English.（主语）
My dream is to be a doctor in the future.（表语）
She wants to buy a new cellphone.（宾语）
There is a new school to be built in this area.（定语）
The boss told the employee to work in the workshop.（宾补）
The boy was told to go to bed on time.（主补）
She came here to see a film star.（状语）
To tell the truth,she is a street- walking woman.（独立成分）
