Abstract:
It can be found that teachers working anywhere may have occupational burnout reaction,in different severity,to their professional works.In this paper,a case study has been carried out for the teachers from Qian Dond Village Primary school of Wuxiu County,Jiaozuo,Henan province.It was found that teachers in rural primary school may have occupational burnout reaction closely related to their working conditions,salaries,sense of achievement,academic degree,pressure from their work,etc.To overcome such reaction,the teacher shall take appropriate mental adjustment by themselves,then the proper measures shall be provided to help them by the education administration.
