Winter is my favorite season.I love reading romance novels while seating on the carpet close to my living room fireplace.My mother used to cook a traditional chinese hot and sour soup in winter time and it is one of my favorite dishes.During winter holidays,our family members usually get together and celebrate the coming of a new year.We set colorful fireworks in the middle of the dark winter nights and eat dumplings and hotpots.We also spend time watching classic movies and play Majong.It might sound strange,but the sound of the harsh winter wind actually makes me sleep better during the nights.Somehow when I hear those sound,it reminds me how safe I am being able to live here in a warm house happily with my family.
