=16(12x²-8x+1)(3x²-2x-1)+25

=4(12x²-8x+1)(12x²-8x-4)+25

设12x²-8x=a

原式

=4(a+1)(a-4)+25

=4(a²-3a-4)+25

=4a²-12a-16+25

=4a²-12a+9

=(2a-3)²

=(24x²-16x-3)²
