Comparison of consistency
to test the performance of sensor,you can instore the
the 1 prototype sensor and 941B sensor commonly used in the
engineering vibration test together(refer to picture2).The third graph shows us the comparison of the speed time curve of two sensors,which has been divided by its own sensor sensitivity and can be believed as true physical volume.

Low frequency amplitude characteristic test
we have used self calibration method to calibrate the amplitude frequency characteristic of low frequency of sensor and have calculated the
theoretical value according to
transfer function(refer to graph 2).We can tell that the sensor is flat when over 50s from the statistics in the graph(calculated by +1-3dB) ,with
measured value be equal to
theoretical value.
2.conclusion
it can be seen from
theoretical analysis and practical test data that we have raised the
equivalent mass and equivalent damping
by using active servo technology.At the same time,
vibration sensor and characteristic of low frequency range has been greatly expanded,which can be used in measure of
ultra low frequency vibration signal of large displacement.
The results of theoretical analysis and the actual sensor calibration have
reached an agreement.
