either只用于否定句中,表示“也（不）”；neither通常用在句子（或简略答语）的开头,表示“也不”,其后要用倒装语序（即：将主语放在助动词、情态动词、连系动词be之后）.如：
I don’t speak French.She doesn’t,either．
(＝Neither I nor she speaks French．) 我不会讲法语,她也不会讲法语.
If she won’t go,neither shall I．
(＝If she won’t go,I won’t,either．) 要是她不去,我也不去.
be与are是同一词性,are是be的重复（be可以根据不同句子变为is,am,are）,原句中出现了will,will后面跟动词原形,所以要把are去掉,整个句子为Mr watson will not be （个人认为这里少了个there或者here）next week,and his wife will not,either .
