there are problems exsiting in this newly bought machine,the heating situations are like this:the heat comes from the top of the machine(not from the vent hole),it even gets too hot when it works for a few munites to put a hand on.Because the machines bought by custmers before didn't have any problems like this,i would like to ask if it's the problem of the machine itself?can it be returned or replaced?
