21.定语从句基本知识考查,介词on,at 等后面只能用which,不用that.

23.因为visit是及物动词,从句缺少宾语,where作状语,故不选where.

27.C若将who改为whom也对

28.很显然是个定语从句,故要排除AC,though是通过,in是在...的里面
