一 mary 应该大写,这是人名 Mary ,还有一处错误是say 要改成speak.say+ 说话的内容,
speak+语言.如：Can you speak English?I said you were wrong

2 D 此题是问many ,much ,few ,little 的异同.many/much 表许多,many+可数名词,
much+不可数名词；lew/little 都表否定,“几乎没有,很少”的意思.few+可数名词,

四 What's you penpal's name?这才是正确的.前面的what's =what is,后面的penpal's 名词
所有格,不是is.
