Men wouldn't be replaced by machines in industry. As we know, since the industrialisation in mid 1400s, our folks have had talked about the replacement of the human being, till now, the technologies have evolved and advanced so much, are we people being replaced? Not, but the population has grown much higher.
The only worry is that, the highly intensive labour force is being replaced by the automated machineries. And that, the high technologies are still be manned by the trained human being.
As such, more training and upgrading of our human capital which can do more with less for the more advanced countries. And to educate those countries and to instill more technologies so as to solve the poverty issue. In this case, machineries, indeed can help our people more.
Think about it and we are the one who control and manage the machines, no the other round.
