不定式to learn的逻辑主语应该是人,从而排除A和B 它的意思是不是非谓语的逻辑主语一定要跟(谓语的)主语一致?

非谓语（不定式）作状语时,其逻辑主语一般应与句子主语一致.

以原句为例,原句主语若为“practice”,则出现“practice learn...”,显然不符.

（误）To learn to swim well,much practice is needed.

（正）To learn to swim well,one needs much practice.

再例如：为了观察星星,必须有望远镜.

（误）To observe the stars,a telescope is needed.

（正）To observe the stars,one must have a telescope.

* 不过,有时非谓语动词可以在句中作独立成分,表示说话人的态度或看法,此时非谓语动词逻辑主语和句子主语不一致.例如：

（说实话）To tell you the truth,Sam is the right person for the job.

（坦率地讲）To be frank,I don't agree with you.

以及“to be honest 老实说；to begin with 首先；to conclude 最后”等等.
