It depends,i think the manager who does not like you may have a lot of reasons.the reason why he or she didn't like you is different in different situations .First ,when you have done something wrong with your normal work,the only thing you have to do is to give him a apologize and promise that you won't do that again.Second,if your boss who didn't like you don't like your bad characters,then the most important thing is to try your best not to behave on his side.Third ,if your boss has some problems with your one bad manner,and he really dislike it,you had better correct your manner and make it never happen again.
