So In my view, life is a kind of routine and healthy life is a healthy routine. I take the example of adult people in their old age and I know their body in good condition need be due to three aspects reasons.
First. All the good old people they focus on their diet. Many diseases caused by the fat such as mental diseases, high blood pressure and so on. The old people who keep their weight in limit line, they will enjoy life for enough time. So more vegetables and little alcohol will help their bodies run well.
Second, practice makes body strong. Many old people regard they cannot handle more exercises, but acctually more exercise can strong body and better body condition. Also we need take the practice in limit and insist in exercise not just few times in month or year.
Good mood makes people feel easy and the rest keeps people in good spirits. Everyday enough hours sleep and every day good routine in sleep is very important for us too. Scientists say good sleep can ease the work pressure and improve people's health in some facts and good routine also can bring us many benefits especially in mood. So good rest is important.
Healthy life is not a once, twice or many times, it's a long time and hard endure in your life. How to keep and how to handle it is crucial to you. Feel good in your body will give you many good things in your work and your life. So let's exercise good life routine and enjoy every minutes of life.
