There was a time when I am asked:"should teeagers go out with their

friends on weekends?" I wondered.Because from my personal

understanding,I would definately say:"Why not?" However,truly indeed,

there are still more things to be concerned before giving that answer.

It would be a enjoyable experiance to go out with friends at spare time as a teenager,and they are also learning more different things from making friends of their age.But on the other hand,it may not so enjoyable for their parents,whose going to be worriy about the safety of their children outside.

In that case,if the children could have a bargain with their parent,making sure that they are able to deal with accidents that could happen and ensure their own safety; while the parents could trust their children as individuals whose able take care of themselves,it would be an idea that worth to do to for teenagers go out and enjoy the weekend with friends.
