If we wash our hands before every meal and after going to the toilet, we can avoid being infected by those bacteria so that staying healthy won’t be a problem. Additionally, good eating habits can help to strengthen the immunity of human body. Eating too much junk food, such as French fries, chips, hamburgers, and so on, will do nothing good to us but lead to obesity, which can cause not only physical diseases but also psychological problems. However, once a good eating habit is formed, the functions of every organs, muscles and bones can be maintained to cooperate well enough to make you strong, which is an asset of staying healthy. For another, good eating habits mean keeping a balanced diet that can supply plenty of nutrition our bodies need. Honestly speaking, nutrition is such an indispensable substance that without it our bodies can’t function well. It is also the source of energy that we demand to do mental work or manual labor. We know that these nutrition come from a variety of food in every meal; thus keeping a balanced diet is obviously very important and necessary. By focusing on a balance of good complex carbohydrates, protein, and some good fats, we can have a good state of health. In conclusion, we should attach great importance to picking up good eating habits with a view to keeping healthy. It’s believed to be the best way to reach this goal.
