having a good eating habit is rather important, it's not about eating a lot of meat and vegetables, but the right amount, if we look at it biologically, we have to inset enough vitamins and minerals everyday in order to maintain a healthy diet. Good eating habits also help a lot, having meal regularly and at a stable time, would contribute to a healthy digestion and absorption of nutrients. Chewing food for a long time is also a benefit because the enzymes in your saliva will help greatly in breaking down foods, this reduces the pressure of your stomach, and exercised your teeth as well.
