1.Be familiar with the drawings and ITP,master the critical points,prepare inspection procedures and organize the implementation；
熟悉绘图和ITP,掌握重点,准备检验步骤,管理和整理实施计划.
2.Check and instruction the on-site inspectors on their work；
监督和指导在现场的检查员.
3.Arrange the specific work of the inspectors as required by the productions；
以生产所需为前提,有效率的给检验员们安排和指定工作.
4.Examine the quality of the inspectors‘work
检验检查员的工作质量.
5．Dispose the non-conformances,analyzing the causes,defining the responsibilities,then bring up actions and supervise the implementation；
处置不符合项,分析原因,确定责任,然后将跟进并监督执行;
6．Be responsible for the closing of NCRs；
对关闭NCRs要负责
7．Organize and coordinate the work with other departments；
组织和协调与其他部门的工作;
8．Notify the third party for on-site witness according to their hold points,and push the third party to fill in the witness results on the relevant reocrds,sign adn stamp；
为现场证人通知第三方根据其持有点,并推动第三方填写有关证人结果的记录,并签字盖章;
9．Accompany the third party to inspect on site,and record teh problems adn corrective suggestions brought up by the third party and take photos,then push the coorective actions with records adn photos taken as evidence of improvements；
陪同第三方到现场检查,并记录他带来的问题和纠正建议并且拍照,然后把与记录和照片,并作为改善的证据
10.Review the documents and records required by the third party to ensure teh correctness,and submit teh files to the third party through the Data Book Controller；
在第三方的要求下,审查文件和记录以确保正确性,并提交文件给第三方通过数据手册控制人员;
11.When there are different inspection results or any disagreements about the inspection results,he is responsible for giving a judgement；
当有不同的检验结果或者对检验结果有异议,他负责给一个判断;
12.Analyze the quality problems fed back by the customers,transfer the information to the relevant departments and personnel,supervise the implementation of the corrective and preventative actions,and report the disposition results in written form in time；
从客户回馈中分析质量问题,将信息传送到相关部门和人员,监督纠正和预防措施的执行情况,并及时处理结果以书面报告的形式;
