1）as ...as 表示“相等”之意；用于同级比较时,既可用于肯定中也可用于否定句中,如：
Mike is AS tall AS I.麦克和我一般高.
Mike is not AS tall As I.麦克没有我高.
2）so … as 只能用于否定句中,也就是说,通常是以 NOT so...as 出现的；如：
The Atlantic Ocean is NOT AS big AS the Pacific Ocean.大西洋没有太平洋大.
3）在否定句中既可以用 not as ...as...也可以用 not so...as,而在肯定句中只能用 as...as;
如：
The Atlantic Ocean is NOT AS big AS the Pacific Ocean.大西洋没有太平洋大.
The Atlantic Ocean is NOT So big AS the Pacific Ocean.大西洋没有太平洋大.
