How do we keep healthy?It is an important question.as more and more people had died from different kinds of diseases,we all wants to have a healthier body.But what could we do to stay healthy?Fristly,we could exercise more as a lazy man is often a weak man.Secondly,we need to have a balanced and healthy diet.As food containing lots of protein,calcium,vitamins and fibre,we should eat more of these as our body needs them the most.Thirdly,we should have enogh sleeping hours.Fourthly,we need to keep happy and bright.Last but not least,we mustn't smoke or drink as it is not good for our health.Also,we should stop our parents from drinking and smoking too as it is a way of showing our love to them.
