DearMr.Tom Hanks ,

I regret to inform you that we can't accept your offer of 10% discount for the computers . Your offer is far too low and on the other hand we offered you fovoured prices the last time but we can contract for a free after services if you please . If you pay by letter of credit rather than in cash or by cheque , we would like to share 50 of the shippment . If you agree , we can reach a contract next Friday .
