Dear Sir/Mandam,
After double check, the delivery address which I gave you is correct. Pls also kindly help double check in your system. BTW, I ues the address when I do on-line shopping before and I received my goods successful. In this case,the problem may caused by the express company.
Now I want to refound because I already waited for a long time. Your promise delivery date is XXXX. But now it is XXX days late.
