呵呵这两个不属于一个语法范畴,the teacher wants to konw…… why didn't Tom come to school today是一个宾于从句,从句正常语序,问句就是问句,陈述句就是陈述句语序.而I think…… Tom can't ……是典型的语法错误,只能用I don't think tom can,这一类语法叫做宾语从句的否定前置,之所以否定词在前完全取决于think这个动词,类似的动词还有consider等用于主断判断的词
