my favourite course. the course i have chosen is Healthy Eating. i was able to learn a lot about the diet of human health as well as the scientific reasons behind it. we are to consume all vitamin and minerals equally, especially from the fruits and vegetables. we should try and reduce the amount of saturated fat as well as glucose sugar we take on a daily basis.food safety is also an important factor to our health. during the course of the area of study many aspects of food will be discussed and investigated to prepare the students to a healthier, safer future prospects.
