Talk, or not, is not an issue,the issue is, are we ready to take such an open sharing and communication? They may could not really be ready to listen,to understand. Yes, the coach and feedback is a necessary to our growing up, but we really have expectation when we seek the comments. So, before we go ahead, ask this question, are you ready? if yes, let we move forward, if no, ok, pls keep me away. Again, talk or not, is not an issue,the issue is: are we ready?
