I have two good practices,
I wake up early and sleep early.I wake up daily at six in the morning and sleep every night at ten o'clock.This practice has help me to keep alert in school.
The other good practice is that I excercize regularly.I will jog for three kilometres in the park three times a week.Jogging help me to maintain my ideal weight.Jogging also help me to reduce stress.
These two doog practices enable me to have a healthy body and healthy mind.
