1.be made as 被当作...来用而制作的
如:The toy was made as a birthday present.
2.be made for 为了...而制作的/被制作用来...的
如:This cake was made for you/your birthday.
Telescope is made for watching faraway things.
3.be made with 用...制作的/和...一起制作的
如:The desk was made with a special material.
The cake was made by me with my brother.
4 be made in指的是产地,意思为"于…制造".
The caps are made in Russia.这些帽子产于俄罗斯.
My mother likes to buy things which are made in China.

5 be made into的意思为"被制成为…".
