I prefer team-work than individual work.As a member of a team,I can communicate with my colleagues.As a team,we have a common objective and in most of time,it is hard for someone to achieve the target alone.If there is a team to work with,we can share the work and each member just responsible for his/her favorite part.This will increase the efficiency of the work.When you work alone,it is unavoidable to meet some problems,then you have to check the relate materials or search the sulotion through the internet.However,things will be changed if there is a team,as a member of team,you can ask your colleagues about the problems,maybe some of them know the way to solve the problem,that means you saved the time to figure it out by yourself.More important,we can share our experience and ideas by each other,during the team working you will find the task becomes easier than you work alone.
