i think that traveling is really good for health. When we travel outside we could breath fresh air. Traveling also helps us relax by being away from the city. Being away from the city will help reduce stress. There are many beautiful landscapes outside. When we travel we could observe beautiful scenery. Traveling also helps us make friends. We also need to be prepared for traveling. If we travel, we need to know the weather, bring clothing and medicine to be safe. Without that we won't have a happy trip.
