As a HR manager,I would like to give you my opinions as below:1.To set a realitic goal .As a freshman,your purpose of first job is not to earn money,just only for accumulateing work experience.2.Make a good preparation for your interview.I strongly suggest that you must investigate about both your target company and target job by internet or your social network.3.Be confident.Not every job and every company need experience.Good first impression is very important to help you get a good performance.
