First,charity means love and being merciful.So may be we will come up with a question that when and where our consciousness of love begin to come into being?Perhaps most people will respond that it is their parents who first taught them what love is,which is a perfect proof of "charity begin at home".
Second,we may make an assumption that if someone even do not love his families,then will you believe that he will hold charity toward others?From my point of view,the answer is no and so does anyone who has a little commen sence on humanity.
Third,education is the key factor affects our ethics.As is known to all,our parents are our first teacher.Their behaviar impressed us in our early years.So what determines someone's personality of charity is what kind of family he or she comes from.
