Dear Madam /sir,
I'm a mechanical college student,I live in a dorm in school which is shared with another student.I want to apply for a new room next semester,because I haven't enought quiet space to study,owing to many of his friends visiting him constantly,and alway holding nosie parties.This gives no room for me to do some curriculum design and paper.Although I have tried communicating with him in many times,I find everthing was in vain.I'm sure you will understand that only solution for me is to move into a new dorm.I'll be thanksful if you approve my application .后面的话有点累赘.
