这句话没有原来语序,如果不是分成两个句子,就只能按现在这样放,因为那个所谓的分割成分就是在解释burden.
如果硬要改的话,可以改成The main“assuring that the resources are well managed”burden falls on the boss in the company.这样是把那部分提上来作前置定语,但是这样很拖沓很繁冗,基本上是不这样讲的
