However, during the process of the fast economical development and information technology application, driven by interests, the cases that proprietors violate consumers' privacy also increase year by year, especially those phenomena which violate consumers' personal information are very prominent, which not only seriously affect people's living peace and normal study, work and life order, even lthere lurk a greater potential social harm. The author thinks that, consumers are both the sharer of economic development achievements, but also the impeller of further development of the economy, until today,how to better use the law to protect consumers' privacy has become an significant and urgent issue to guarantee the healthy and orderly development of the economic and social harmony and stableness, which must be paid highest attention by the country. This paper tries to discuss about issues related to consumers' privacy protection laws, in order to promote the legal science field and the legislature to take consumers' privacy protection laws seriously.
