应该是whether和if的用法区别吧?因为这两个都是是否的意思.

他尽管年纪小,力气倒蛮大的.

3.是否：

问他是否在家.
Ask him if he's at home.
我不知道他是否在家.
4.当…时,就：
If I do not understand,I ask questions.
当我不懂时我就问.

5.[表示愿望、感叹]要是…多好：

6.[与 will,could 等连用,表示婉言请求]：
