last year,when i had the spring holiday,i liked to do some housework.for example,helping my mother to cook,taking part in some club avtivities,traveling to enjoy myself.i spent much time outside for entertainment.but this year,i realized the most important thing is to keep heathy,for holiday is a period for us to arrange ourselves,to have a break and to strengthen our spirit.so,i spent much time in sporting,and keep a healthy diet,what's more,having enough sleep is also very important for our health.
