I have a good friend and his name is li Ming whose age is 12.He want to be an NBA player,so he play basketball for 2 hours each day.Sometimes he likes listening to music.
It is important for a player who need to keep health.Everyday,he have some bread and milk in the morning,some noodles and meat at noon,and some rice and vegetables in the evening,in addition,he don't like drunk food which can charge energe but do harm to body.
I am really hope that he can make his dream come true!
