这个句式习惯用不定式作后置定语修饰名词

例如：

There is a voice to be heard. 可以听到一个声音

本句中：There is no light to be seen anywhere 哪儿都看不见光亮

the light is seen 光亮被看见,所以得用被动

后面用were glittering ,因为a few stars 得用复数,而且这是描述当时的情景,所以用过去进行时
