looker-on 和 on-looker是一样的意思吗?在书上看到的两种形式.

1.牛津词典里looker-on:person who watches sth but does not take part in it; spectator; onlooker观者；旁观者
onlooker:person who watches sth happening (without take part in); spectator旁观者
两者意思一样的,可以互换使用.(onlooker中间没有连词符号）
