第一句的插入语没有问题,但是似乎语句不完整啊.

第二句建议去掉插入语两头的逗号,直接来,请看：

2、Recently,the after-class activities offered by schools have（activities是复数,用have,不用has） increased

in great amount comparing with the number of past decades.
