In my view, a good neighbor should have two/three【根据个人语速来决定说几个吧，一般两个就足够了】 qualities below. First of all, a good neighbor should be patient, open-minded and approachable. I still remember 3 years ago when I was a middle school student, I always asked questions repeatedly,and my neighbor Jane who was a math teacher explained each questions patiently. In addition, an upright neighbor should protect other's privacy. Coz being offended sometimes make me feel uncomfortable. I don't like others to know what books I am reading and what songs I am listening. Sometimes I just need some private time to deal with my personal stuff such as writing letters to my mom or call friends.【Another essential quality for a neighbor is to be open-eyed. For instance, if people see a robber trying to break into one's window, or if they see a neighbor's child in dangerous situation, they should call the police.】

Personally speaking, I believe college education should be available to all students, because it helps students a lot. First of all, in a college, there are opportunities for students to learn things that they are interested in. By this, they would be well self-recognized and fully develop their inner talents. My friend, Christine, has attended an university and she soon finds psychology to be her cup of tea. Second, one is able to widen the social contact in such a college. They will be associating with different people from various backgrouds. Talking to them, one could even broaden the horizons. Once, when I had a conversation with Christine, I learned that she had made an Russian friend in her college. Up till now, they still keep in touch and share entertaining news.So that's why I support the idea.
