湘菜:海带粥的做法

基本特点 清热解暑,解毒生津,养颜减肥。
基本材料 海带60克,普通大米(粳米)100克,陈皮1片,味精、盐、麻油少许。
material needed:
seaweed 60 g
rice 100 g
dry orange peel 1 piece
gourmet powder
salt
sesame oil
procedure:
1,sodden the seaweed, wash it and cut it into slides.
wash the rice and dry orange peel(sodden).
2,put all materials into boiling water, boil them with high power burner. then change to small power burner and heating until become porridge. Add suitable amount of salt and sesame oil.
制作方法:
1.将海带浸透,洗净,切丝;大米、陈皮(浸软)洗净。
2.把全部用料放入开水锅中,大火煮开后,用文火煲成粥,调味供用。
Note: porridge can either be sweet by adding green beans (60g)when heating, with suitable amount of sugar, or plain porridge without sugar added.
注意:可改为甜粥,方法是加入绿豆60克同煮,并加适量的糖;也可不加糖作粥食用。
