At present,with the increasing of living standard,people have a healthy drink demand increased.Ginger contains a variety of nutrients:protein,vitamin,carotene,calcium,iron,phosphorus,also has detoxification sterilization,the role of anti-cancer treatment.Green tea is rich in polyphenols,caffeine,vitamins and catechins,on aging,prevent cancer,anticancer,bactericidal,anti-inflammatory and other special effects are,for the other tea yet.And honeysuckle also have certain health functions.The topics to green tea,ginger as the raw material,add honeysuckle,oligosaccharides and other healthy factors,by extraction,filtration,homogenization and other process,to develop health-based compound of green tea drink with ginger honeysuckle,this research has certain practical applications.
Use of mixture experiment design to determine the best green tea ginger honeysuckle formula:drink juice (ginger,honeysuckle juice,green tea juice ratio 40:20:40) was 85.7%; sucrose 6% oligosaccharides 8%,citric acid 0.1%; by product stability studies to determine the best combination of thickener locust bean gum and sodium alginate as their dosage of 0.2%,the ratio of 1:3 between the two.
