1.The best way to practise spoken English is to talk,because people created languange to communicate.Talking helps one improve speaking skill.Also It will help one to find mistakes if he/she talks to someone else.

2.The news repoters have been training speaking English for years,they know how to pronunce a world.One can also improve listening skill by listening to the news.Therefor,listening to the news in English is helpful to me.
