CNC is such a machine tool that contains a kind of cutter with magazine tool which can change automatically,can operate varoius manufacturingOperations in a certain range.This topic researches the developing current situation of VMC at home and abroad,analyses and compares the structure with same type of machine types,with a view to this topic which designs the close integration of the parameters and working state.Firstly,it conducts overall design for the CNC,then,it designs for the principal axis driving method and principal axis assembly,and conducts the lectotype calculation and check for the ball-screw,bearing,servo motor in the Z axis feed system,finally,it conducts the structure design and tool changing time check for the magazine tool system.The disigning result shows this design reaches the requirements of engineering design,has a definite practical value.
