I ate some eggs and pieces of bread as my breakfast.And when I ate bread I usually drink some water to make sure I won't be chocked.Food for lunch I usually choose some colourful to eat,by the way,I'm crazy for potato,I love it,even sometimes in my dream I was a potato too.For my evening I choose some refined food,like potato chips and potato sauce.I donot eat too much because it is not good for your health especially when you had to get a sleep.
