Today our school invited Mr.Bill,who is teaching in a college of our city,to give us a lecture on how to improve our reading abilities.He talked in simple English.Whenever we couldn't understand him,he explained to us again and again.Sometimes he presented something important on the computer.I put forward a question on how to deal with new words.Some other questions on English learning were also raised up by my classmates.All of us learned many about the basic reading methods from this lecture.We have made up our mind to read more so that we can improve our English.
